Economy shipping is via the US Post Office and averages 2-8 business days. We cannot re-ship or place a claim on an Economy Shipping package until it has been 30 days since your package was shipped.

If you order Lithium, Lithium-Ion, Lithium Polymer or Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries and choose Economy Shipping as your shipping option you may see delivery delays up to several weeks due to federal shipping regulations. If you need your order quickly, we suggest UPS Ground instead of Economy Shipping. We can no longer ship lithium batteries to APO/FPO Military addresses or Internationally via USPS. We cannot ship lithium products via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select or via USPS Priority Mail. Lithium-containing products are only allowed to ship via ground shipping methods.

Verify that your shipping address is correct. If you have incorrectly entered your shipping address, you will incur all charges from the shipping company. The typical fee for shipping address corrections by UPS is $12.00 - $15.00.

All discontinued/clearance item sales are final and are not eligible for return. Any defects or warranty issues with these items must be handled with the manufacturer.
