UPS Orders must be received by 3:00PM ET for your order to ship the same business day. Economy Postal Shipping orders will be shipped by the next business day.
If your order contains a back ordered item the order will be held until all items are available to ship.
Free Shipping Promos
We typically do not offer free shipping on our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping must have coupon/promo code entered at checkout to receive free shipping.
-Items may be shipped separately from additional non-promo items.
-A different shipping method may be used for free shipping items.
-Shipping method of our choice will be used for free shipping items, typically USPS.
-Please provide PO Box address when required for postal delivery.
-Free shipping only applies to items being shipped within the continental USA only.
-Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or any other US Possession.
-Most orders will arrive in 3-10 business days.
-Shipping fees will be charged on any additional non-promo items added to your order.
Lithium-Based Battery Shipping Restrictions
Due to Government shipping regulations for shipping lithium based batteries (including Lithium Metal, Lithium Ion, Lithium Polymer, Lithium Phosphate or LiFePO4), or items that contain these type of batteries, we are no longer shipping these items via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, Priority Mail, or Internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you choose one of these shipping methods for an order that contains these restricted items your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you before shipping.
-Economy Postal Shipping (Postal service) restrictions: Cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories outside of the continental 48 states, APO/FPO military addresses or internationally if your order contains a lithium based battery. All other destinations should expect their economy shipping package to arrive within 3-4 weeks but this is not guaranteed by the postal service.
-UPS Ground restrictions: Cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other US Territories outside of the continental 48 states if your order contains lithium based batteries.
-All shipments that contain any type of lithium based chemistry battery, including items that have a lithium based battery already installed, must include a special shipping and handling caution label.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Orders returned to us due to a bad address or as non-deliverable will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Transit Times
UPS packages are in transit on business days only (Monday through Friday). For special UPS Saturday delivery, call ZBattery.com customer service for a quote on the additional fee. UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters, or weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays, but we will refund your shipping costs and place the claim for you when UPS's guarantee covers the delay. Shipping collect on your UPS account: We can ship collect on your UPS account. Please provide us with your UPS account number and the billing zip code for the account. Once the account information has been verified with UPS it will be added to your customer record. All future orders in that registered account will then ship collect on your UPS account.
Economy Postal Shipping
The US Post Office does not guarantee their delivery times. The 2-10 day estimate they give for delivery is only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee. We are not responsible for packages claimed delivered by the Post Office (via delivery confirmation) but not received by the customer. On average you should expect 2-10 business days, but that is not a guaranteed time. We cannot re-ship or place a claim on a Economy Shipping packages until it has been 30 days since your package has been shipped. Lithium batteries, or items containing these batteries, shipped via Economy Postal Shipping may take up to 4 weeks for delivery because of NTSB air transportation restrictions as outlined above.
Orders shipped 1st class US Mail packages are NOT insured or guaranteed! We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
Shipping Claims
Any short shipment claims must be reported within 1 week of receipt of shipment for resolution. Missing package claims must be reported within 4 weeks of your order date.
Canada Shipping
Rates for Standard to Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the receiver upon delivery. The shipping charges and methods of shipment (usually either mail or courier) aren't the total of the costs you'll have to pay to get that package across the Canadian border. If goods are coming across the border, you will also have to consider, and be ready to pay, Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us these amounts will be deducted from your refund. Some smaller items can be shipped via the postal service instead, call us to place these orders as this option is not available on our website.
Other International Orders (all except Canada)
Due to changes in international shipping due to Hazmat Restrictions and the constant changes of which countries are excepting international shipments due to COVID we are no long shipping items outside of the USA or Canada as of 12/2/2021.
