Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We no longer have a minimum order requirement.
My Priority Mail package has not arrived and it's been 2 weeks! Why?
Priority Mail generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. However, this is not a guaranteed delivery time frame. Missing package claims cannot be filed until it has been 21 days since your order has shipped.
Orders that include lithium batteries due to restrictions for air transport by the FAA will not ship Priority Mail and will ship via ground first class package service that may take 4 weeks or more for delivery depending on destination.
Are your batteries fresh and new?
Yes. We buy directly from the manufacturer in most cases, so our batteries are fresh and new. We do not sell recycled batteries and any returns that have been opened are sold on clearance and specified as opened packaging.
Do you offer Net 30 payment terms for business customers?
Yes, we require businesses to fill out a credit application, and government entities to fill out a profile form. The application for businesses takes 3-5 business days for processing on average and government profile forms generally are turned around within 2 business days. You can download these forms here.
Do you recycle batteries?
Yes, we participate locally in the free battery recycling program offered by Recycling Patrol of Berrien County. However, to save you the shipping costs of shipping batteries for us to recycle, you can also find a local recycling provider that will take your old rechargeable batteries for recycling.
Can you ship collect on my UPS account?
Yes. Provide us with your UPS account number and the billing zip code for the account in the customer order notes section of the check out process. Once the account number has been verified by UPS we will remove the shipping costs from your order and ship it on your UPS account. The UPS account number will then be added to your customer record and all future orders placed in that registered account will automatically ship collect on your UPS account.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to addresses inside of the USA or Canada. Due to changes in international shipping due to Hazmat Restrictions and the constant changes of which countries are excepting international shipments due to COVID we are no long shipping items outside of the USA or Canada as of 12/2/2021. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Canada Shipping
Rates for Standard to Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the receiver upon delivery. The shipping charges and methods of shipment (usually either mail or courier) aren't the total of the costs you'll have to pay to get that package across the Canadian border. If goods are coming across the border, you will also have to consider, and be ready to pay, Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us these amounts will be deducted from your refund. Some smaller items can be shipped via the postal service instead, call us to place these orders as this option is not available on our website.
